LANDRATECH oak acorn flour is the winning dish in the vegan category of the “7 Wonders of New Gastronomy in Portugal”, a contest promoted by RTP1.

The “MIL-FOLHAS DE BATATA, CANTARELOS E BOLOTA”, a gastronomic marvel created by chefs Liliana Duarte and Álvaro Dinis Mendes of the vegetarian restaurant “Cor de Tangerina” in Guimarães, uses our acorn flour, an endogenous product, 100% Portuguese.
